The Benefits of Energy Healing Workshop

Are you curious about energy healing? Are you unsure what types of energy healing practices and modalities are best for you? This workshop is designed to answer these questions as you learn about your own energy.

* Understanding the different ways you sense and feel energy
* How to connect with your energy and the basics of energetic boundaries
* Benefits to energy healing for the mind, body and spirit.

As part of the workshop, you will experience an Integrated Energy Therapy® Empowerment Session as a group. Integrated Energy Therapy is one of the services offered at Earth Angel Healing. Michelle will briefly describe additional energy healing services offered through Earth Angel Healing.
